Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product owners, technical leads, QA, and developers to design and deliver innovative digital solutions.
  • Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
  • Develop and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks and tools.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
  • Actively participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and design sessions.
  • Apply long-term architectural thinking to ensure solutions are robust and future-ready.
  • Promote best practices in coding standards, design patterns, and secure application development.
  • Maintain and enhance existing systems while contributing to modernization efforts.
  • Assist in deployment, integration, and performance tuning in cloud environments.


 

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack software engineering.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in Agile software development and working in Scrum teams.
  • Hands-on expertise with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably Angular 11+.
  • Strong experience in Java (8+), Spring MVC/Spring Boot, REST, GraphQL, Node.js.
  • Proficient in client-side technologies: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, RxJS.
  • Experience with server-side tools: Apache Tomcat, Logback, SLF4j, Maven.
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and mentor peers when needed.
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and modern application architecture.


 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services applications.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes for SCM, CI/CD, monitoring, and deployment.
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment (AWS).
  • Experience with testing frameworks like Jasmine and Karma.
  • Knowledge of orchestration frameworks such as Apache Camel.
  • Awareness of accessibility standards such as W3C’s WCAG.
  • AWS certification(s) is a plus
