Key Responsibilities

 

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and Angular frameworks.
  • Work extensively with IBM WebSphere Portal for enterprise-level application development and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver robust solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
  • Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack and propose timely solutions.

     

Mandatory Technical Skills

 

  • IBM WebSphere Portal (experience in enterprise portal development is crucial)
  • Java 11
  • Spring Boot
  • Angular 8 or above
  • RESTful API design and integration
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Version control tools such as Git

     

Good To Have

 

  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
