·        At least 8 – 10 years of experience
·        Proficient in Object Oriented Program (OOP)
·        Debugging and Profiling
·        Design Patterns
·        .Net Fundamental, Memory Management, Thread Management etc..
·        Unit Testing (Best Practices, Tools etc)
·        WCF, WinForms (Plus), SQL/Oracle
·        Writing store procedures/Functions/Views
·        Understands Fundamentals of how a database works.
