Senior Financial Analyst

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7-10+ years of experience in finance and/or accounting, analytics/modeling, reporting
• Must have experience supporting a CFO or senior executive management
• Hyperion Essbase is a requirement.
• Strong technical skills with MS Office suite – Word, advanced Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas), PowerPoint
• Moderate proficiency with Oracle FP&A tools e.g. Planning/Forecasting tool
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines
• Ability and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and achieve results. Must be willing to get into the details.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational discipline
• Proven strategic planning and leadership skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• • MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
• • Experience with Oracle, Essbase and Smartview strongly preferred
• • Functional and technical subject matter expertise in the area of Operations from an accounting and finance perspective
