Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, modify, develop, test, and debug ERP applications.

Execute ETL processes to support data migration from legacy systems to PeopleSoft.

Build and maintain integrations between PeopleSoft and external third-party systems.

Support application integration into the broader ERP ecosystem.

Develop and maintain clear technical documentation.

Collaborate with large, distributed remote teams and contribute throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Provide support during non-business hours as needed during critical project phases.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates must have 8+ years of hands-on experience in the following:

PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 – specifically Accounts Receivable and Billing

PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, COBOL, SQR)

Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)

Advanced SQL/PLSQL in an Oracle environment

Linux OS scripting

Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)

Interpreting business requirements and developing technical design documentation

Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)

Collaboration in large, remote development teams using Microsoft Teams

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years supporting public sector clients (Federal, State, or Local Government)

2+ years with the Texas CPA CAPPS Financials system and/or Treasury Offset Program (TOP)

2+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint

1+ year using Jira for task tracking

1+ year working in Agile/Scrum environments

1+ year working with STAT for PeopleSoft change management
