Senior Engineering Manager

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and key deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
• Monitor and manage program risks, dependencies, and resource allocations to ensure seamless execution.
• Implement best practices for project governance, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O, CE, Power Platform, and Azure Services).
• Define architecture standards, best practices, and governance models for Dynamics 365 applications.
• Lead technical decision-making, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for business transformation.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5+ years in Dynamics 365 architecture and solution design.
• Proven experience in program management, project execution, and enterprise solution design.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CE), and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of Azure Cloud Services, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL for Dynamics 365 customizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• MS certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure (preferred)
