• Provide support for Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solutions, including Call Managers (CUCM), Unity Connection, Expressway, and Jabber/Webex App.
• Troubleshoot issues related to call routing, media processing, and quality of service (QoS).
• Manage Webex configurations and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure the smooth delivery of UC services.
• Support Webex Meetings, Webex Calling, and integrations with other Cisco UC components.

• 5+ years of experience in Cisco Unified Communications solutions. • Expertise in CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway, and Jabber/Webex App. • Strong troubleshooting skills for call routing, QoS, and media processing. • Hands-on experience with Webex Calling, Webex Meetings, and Webex Control Hub. • Cisco certifications like CCNP Collaboration, CCNA Collaboration are beneficial. • Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
