Description

Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation from a reputed university. MBA preferred.
5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industries, specifically in Sales/Business Development.

Responsibilities-
-Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify new business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
-Achieve sales and booking targets for India and Bangladesh markets, with accurate forecasting and reporting.
-Contribute to establishing India Business Unit.
-Promote Life Cycle/After-Market Services and manage post-sales payments.
-Drive customer acquisition and explore new product opportunities.
-Collaborate with Proposals/Technical teams for optimal solutions.
-Ensure successful order execution and timely delivery.
-Coordinate with regional sales teams to share insights.
-Forecast sales and bookings for annual plans and budgets.
-Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
-Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
-Ensure compliance with company conduct, health, safety, and audit participation.
-Assist in accident/incident investigations and implement corrective actions
