-              They will help in the Marketplace 2.0 Launch - work with team to implement Datadog for observability

-              Prior experience with Datadog is a major plus

-              Terraform - must have

-              Experience in observability is nice to have

Experience with Datadog in addition to DevOps on AW is the key
