Senior Engineer Developer-Splunk

Key Skills: Splunk, Splunk Itsi, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Splunk dashboards, alerts, and reports tailored to business and technical requirements
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents using Splunk data and provide recommendations for remediation
• Optimize Splunk queries and configurations to ensure high performance and cost-effectiveness
• Work closely with DevOps, SRE, and architecture teams to align monitoring strategies with organizational goals
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members on Splunk best practices
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures related to Splunk implementation and usage

Skills Required:

• Must-Have:
  • Expertise in Splunk and Splunk ITSI for monitoring and analysis
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills using Splunk data
• Nice-to-Have:
  • Knowledge of DevOps methodologies
  • Experience working in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environments

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
