Description

  • Create detailed project schedules, allocate resources, set task dependencies, manage budgets, and analyze workloads
  • Partner with Clients’for Stability Improvements
  • Incident Restoration and Perform regular application maintenance / healthchecks,
  • Identify & document the root cause of issues and back track to the source of issues for resolution
  • Participate in agile practice such as standups, demonstrations, grooming, and solutioning sessions

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6 to 8 years

Required Technical Skill Set

  • Microsoft Project:
    • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Project for project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and task management.
  • Project Management:
    • Experience in managing and tracking project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables using Microsoft Project.
  • Reporting & Dashboards:
    • Proficient in generating detailed project reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track project performance and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Resource Management:
    • Knowledge of managing and allocating resources efficiently within Microsoft Project to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • MS Office Suite:
    • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite,particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting..

Must-Have

  • Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Project for scheduling, resource management, and project tracking.
  • Ability to create, manage, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules in Microsoft Project.
  • Proven experience in resource management and managing dependencies between tasks and milestones.
  • Experience in generating project reports and dashboards for stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure project goals are met.

Good-to-Have

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies in addition to traditional project management.
  • Familiarity with project collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) for team coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for handling complex project-related issues
