Scope of Work: -

  • Lead drupal development projects with a comprehensive understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
  • lead senior-level projects and teams
  • work directly with the Product Manager and UI/UX Designer to convert problems into technical solutions that are sustainable and scalable
  • leverage AI to accelerate software development
  • create and implement strategic plans, particularly in transforming websites into product-oriented platforms.
  • guide the developers through an agile transformation

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Extension Drupal front end and back-end experience
  • Experience leading development teams
  • Experience with waterfall to agile transformations
  • Experience with product transformations
  • Experience leveraging AI for workflow and productivity increases
