We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online marketing strategy, enhance brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of digital trends, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and analytics to optimize performance across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Execution
Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email, Content, and Paid Advertising).
Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion rates through data-driven campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
SEO & Content Marketing
Optimize website content for organic traffic growth and improved search rankings.
Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and competitor analysis.
Oversee content creation for blogs, landing pages, and social media, ensuring high engagement and quality.
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
Track and optimize CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and overall ad performance.
Develop and A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.
Social Media & Email Marketing
Develop and execute a social media content calendar to enhance engagement and audience growth.
Plan and automate email marketing campaigns for nurturing leads and retention.
Monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement rates.
Analytics & Reporting
Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM platforms to track KPIs.
Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to stakeholders.
Continuously analyze user behavior, traffic patterns, and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and paid ads.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
Proven ability to drive traffic, generate leads, and optimize conversion rates.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
