Senior DevOps Specialist

You Are:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior DevOps Specialist to lead and optimize our DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestration, with deep expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure DevOps.

The opportunity:

·       Architect, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

·       Design and manage containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

·       Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration.

·       Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

·       Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.

·       Ensure security, compliance, and governance across DevOps processes.

·       Mentor junior DevOps engineers and lead cross-functional initiatives.

·       Drive continuous improvement in deployment speed, reliability, and scalability.

What you need:

·       CI/CD Pipelines – Expert in designing and managing continuous integration and deployment workflows.

·       Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) – Deep hands-on experience with AKS for container orchestration.

·       Azure DevOps – Proficient in using Azure DevOps for source control, build/release pipelines, and project tracking.

·       DevOps Practices – Strong understanding of DevOps culture, automation, and agile methodologies.

·       Preferred Skills:

·       Experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep for IaC.

·       Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.

·       Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.

·       Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

·       Exposure to microservices architecture and service mesh technologies.

·       Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

·       Relevant certifications in Azure, Kubernetes, or DevOps are a plus.

·       Proven track record of leading DevOps transformations in enterprise environments
