We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer/Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices and will play a crucial role in leading our technical operations. As a Senior DevOps Engineer/Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of our systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable infrastructure using modern DevOps practices.

2. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent and reliable software releases.

3. Lead and mentor a team of DevOps Engineers, providing technical guidance and support.

4. Ensure the availability, performance, and security of our systems through effective monitoring and alerting.

5. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.

6. Collaborate with development teams to improve application stability, performance, and security.

7. Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve our infrastructure and DevOps practices.

8. Continuously improve our build and release processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time to market.

9. Implement and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.

10. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application deployment issues in a timely manner.

11. Lead efforts to optimize system performance and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. 8 to 12 years of relevant industry experience in a similar role.

3. Strong expertise in designing and managing infrastructure on public and private cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or VMware).

4. Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

5. Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with build tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

6. Excellent programming skills in at least one scripting language (Python, Ruby, PowerShell, etc.).

7. Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).

8. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.).

9. Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).

10. Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.

11. Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of DevOps Engineers.

12. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.

13. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
