Senior Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Developer with a strong background in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) to join our innovative team. As a CRMA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex analytics dashboards, reports, and datasets that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and the ability to work closely with business users to understand their data needs and create robust analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRMA Development: Design and develop sophisticated dashboards, lenses, and datasets within Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics).
• Data Integration: Build efficient data pipelines to ingest and transform data from multiple sources into Salesforce CRM Analytics.
• Customization: Customize CRMA applications to support business analytics needs, including dataflows, recipes, and custom formula fields.
• Data Modeling: Create complex data models that support business requirements for reporting and analytics.
• Collaboration: Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize analytics performance by creating efficient data models, datasets, and dashboards.
• Technical Expertise: Provide expertise in CRM Analytics and guide best practices in the design and development of analytics solutions.
• User Training: Work with end users to ensure they understand and can leverage dashboards and reports to make data-driven decisions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all CRMA components, including datasets, dashboards, and dataflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Salesforce releases and CRM Analytics enhancements to recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics).
• Proficiency in developing complex dashboards, lenses, and custom queries using SAQL and JSON.
• Experience designing and managing dataflows, recipes, and ETL processes within CRM Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, data architecture, and CRM processes.
• Proficiency with Apex and SOQL for integrating and manipulating Salesforce data.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security model to manage data access within analytics applications.
• Proven experience in integrating external data sources into CRM Analytics.
• Ability to analyze and interpret business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and performance optimization.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce CRM Analytics Plus (CRMA) certification.
• Experience working with Einstein Discovery for predictive analytics.
• Proficiency with programmatic analytics using Salesforce development tools (Apex, Lightning).
• Experience integrating Big Data sources (e.g., Hadoop, Snowflake) with CRM Analytics.
• Knowledge of Tableau CRM and Einstein Next Best Action.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for deploying CRM Analytics solutions.
