Senior DataStax Cassandra Administrator

Job Description:-
·       Install, configure, and maintain DataStax Cassandra (DSE) clusters in production, staging, and development environments.
·       Monitor cluster performance and proactively address issues related to latency, throughput, and node health.
·       Perform data backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
·       Implement and manage security policies, authentication, and authorization in Cassandra environments.
·       Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
·       Collaborate with application development teams to optimize data models, queries, and data access patterns.
·       Plan and execute capacity planning and cluster expansion as needed.
·       Automate operational tasks using scripts or tools (e.g., Ansible, etc.).
·       Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
