Senior Data Scientist

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the development, training, and deployment of machine learning models to power Eriko AI, our cutting-edge AI project that transforms data into actionable business insights.
• Design and implement end-to-end data science workflows, from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment, ensuring the success of Eriko AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers and developers to optimize Eriko AI’s machine learning outputs and integrate them seamlessly into user-facing applications.
• Develop advanced models for audience segmentation, predictive analytics, market sentiment analysis, and personalized content creation to enhance Eriko AI's capabilities.
• Manage and refine machine learning lifecycle processes with tools like Databricks and Kubernetes, ensuring scalable and efficient model training for Eriko AI.
• Ensure secure and compliant handling of sensitive data used in Eriko AI, leveraging Azure Key Vault and robust governance policies.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in AI and machine learning to enhance and innovate Eriko AI's offerings.
• Align data science initiatives with Eriko AI's business objectives by working closely with cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Data Scientist or in a similar role, contributing to high-impact AI projects.
• Strong expertise in building and optimizing machine learning models, with hands-on experience using Databricks and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with LLMs (e.g., Llama 3.1) for advanced Eriko AI capabilities.
• Experience with data pipeline tools like Azure Pipelines and web scraping tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
• In-depth knowledge of data storage solutions (e.g., Postgres, Neo4J) to support Eriko AI's infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments (especially Azure) and security practices, including Azure Key Vault integration.
• Analytical mindset, capable of solving complex problems and optimizing AI-driven systems.
