Senior Data Scientist (General AI )

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions for conversational AI. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of generative AI, fine-tuning LLMs, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative conversational AI applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced conversational AI models, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and voice assistants.
• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific conversational tasks like question answering, dialogue generation, and summarization.
• Integrate retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques to improve the quality and relevance of conversational responses.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists.

Requirements

•  5 to 8 years of strong professional experience working on Machine Learning for PoC as well as Production with International Clients 
• Bachelor’s degree, Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and Rasa.
• Deep understanding of conversational AI techniques and architectures.
• Experience fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) for specific conversational tasks.
• Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with state-of-the-art conversational AI models like ChatGPT or LaMDA.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and transfer learning
