Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models to address complex business challenges.
• Analyze large, diverse data sets to extract insights and inform decision-making.
• Design and conduct A/B testing to evaluate product features and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, business) to embed data science solutions into products.
• Utilize Python, R, and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Apply strong foundations in statistics and linear algebra to guide model development.
• Troubleshoot and optimize models, addressing common testing and performance issues.
• Stay current with emerging trends in machine learning and data science technologies.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in machine learning, predictive modeling, and data science workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and related data tools.
• Solid knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical techniques.
• Experience working with recommendation systems (preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
