Senior Data Scientist

Key skills:  R, Python, SAS, Gen AI and Machine Learning, NLP, LLP.

Required skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
• Hands-on experience in machine learning, statistical analysis, and AI methodologies.
• Proficiency in relevant libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database systems.
• Familiarity with Java and its application in data processing (considered a strong asset).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• 4 years’ experience working on machine learning projects, with a proven track record of developing and deploying ML models.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Research, develop, train, and validate machine learning models and algorithms with a focus in NLP and LLM applications.
• Work closely with the research team to help identify new applications and use-cases of existing technologies.
• Stay up to date with the latest academic and industry research to identify and implement state of the art technologies.
• Lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning techniques to enhance the capabilities of our AI agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into our autonomous agent software, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
