Senior Data Scientist - AI/ML Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

Transform ambiguous business requirements into well-defined AI/ML solutions

Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for traditional ML classification tasks

Architect and maintain data pipelines in SQL Server environments (nice to have not a requirement)

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and incorporate new data sources as model features

Required Technical Skills

Expert-level proficiency with Azure’s AI and ML services, including the Azure GenAI Stack

Strong experience with SQL Server and data engineering principles

Demonstrated ability to design, deploy, and maintain production ML models

Expertise in feature engineering and data pipeline development

Proficiency in implementing and fine-tuning LLMs for specific business applications

Required Experience

Proven track record of delivering AI solutions from concept to production

Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements

Strong background in data engineering and feature development

Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguous requirements and create structured solutions

Experience integrating multiple data sources into ML pipelines
