Senior Data Science Manager

Key Skills: Machine Learning, Linear Regression, Deep Learning, Pytorch, Python, R Programming.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists in developing advanced machine learning models.
• Design and implement data-driven strategies to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business operations.
• Conduct research and development to innovate new algorithms and methodologies.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive business growth.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning.
• Work mode: Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH).

Experience Requirement:

• 13-15 years of experience in data science, with strong expertise in machine learning and deep learning.
• Proven experience in applying linear regression and other supervised learning techniques to real-world business problems.
• Hands-on experience in leading end-to-end data science projects from data preprocessing to model deployment.
• Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring high-performing data science teams.
• Strong ability to translate business challenges into data science solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Track record of delivering business impact through innovative use of machine learning and analytics.
