Description

Responsibilities:

  • External Affairs
  • Support 12 inhouse existing applications
  • Manage compliance needs, vulnerabilities, new business for enhancements, bug fixes etc.
  • Related to the theory community, 12 different data feeds collect from various sources upstream
  • Monitoring the jobs & troubleshooting issues for the business support
  • Making improvements to enhance the reporting and reduce the BAU time
  • Large regulatory project, shift the resources that is already on this team


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in application development including Python, PySPark, SQL, Scala, or Java
  • 2+ years of experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • 3+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux including basic commands and shell scripting
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile engineering practices
  • Hands on Sr. Data Engineer role with strong Python, Pyspark, DevOps & AWS background. 
  • 3-5+ yrs. exp is a must
  • Python exp is a must
  • Pyspark exp is a must
  • DevOps exp is a must
  • AWS (S3, EC2, ECS, Lambdas, CloudWatch) exp is a must
  • Microservices Architecture & API
