Senior Data Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Design conceptual and dimensional data models to support business requirements.
Support and interface with technical cloud Architects.
Handle complex architecture landscapes with multiple heterogeneous systems and build best-in-class solutions for customers using Azure components.
Understand customer requirements and support the Business Analyst in preparing functional specifications.
Participate in requirements gathering, create content and/or solutions for design, and ensure quality estimates by leveraging past data, experience, and other forms of estimation.
Ensure the integration of data across various platforms are done in accordance with best practice methods, maintaining data lineage and alignment with Data Governance and metadata management principles and processes
Key Skills Required:

Analytical mindset 
Proficiency in data modeling - tabular as well as multi-dimensional and data architecture.
Experience with data modeling tools.
Any working knowledge or Hands-on experience with Databricks, DBT, and Azure will be advantageous
Expertise in data integration, data lake, and data warehousing capabilities 
Experience with end user data consumption, models visualization, best practices etc.
Proficiency in SQL.
Consultative approach about identifying client issues and commitment to delivering high quality solutions.
Ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Qualifications:

Relevant master’s degree or strong practical working experience
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
