Description

  • 3+ years in a data analyst or business intelligence role, ideally in data-driven or MarTech ecosystems.
  • Strong SQL expertise with ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries across large and varied datasets.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to interpret data, uncover issues, and generate insights.
  • Experience working with Snowflake, SQL Server, and data lakes.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, ETL design, and data lineage practices.
  • Comfort navigating structured, semi-structured (e.g., JSON), and nested datasets.
  • Ability to document data definitions, assumptions, mappings, and logic (STT, FLD, etc.).
  • Prior experience with Customer 360, identity resolution, or personalization platforms is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for analysis, validation, and visualization
