Key Responsibilities

Advanced Data Analytics: Perform complex analyses such as cohort, time-series, predictive, and scenario analyses to drive actionable insights.Data Visualization: Design and create stunning visualizations that clearly communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, create detailed project plans, and manage timelines effectively.Data Modeling: Design and optimize data models to connect, store, and define key business data from multiple sources.BI Collaboration: Work closely with BI engineers to develop scalable, high-performance reporting and analytics solutions.SQL Expertise: Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and visualize data from data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.).Data QA: Validate and ensure data accuracy and consistency through thorough testing and troubleshooting. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve any data discrepancies to maintain reporting integrity.

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI Analytics, or BI Engineering, ideally with a globally recognized organization.
Expert level SQL skills for querying data in warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, and others.
Advanced experience with BI tools (Tableau, Domo, Looker) to create dashboards and reports.
Proficient in analytical tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI (complex formulas, lookups, pivots).
Experience with Python programming for advanced data analysis and automation.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, or related field.
Willingness to work night shifts (9PM - 5AM or similar) and collaborate with teams across different time zones
