Senior Data Analyst

Key Skills: Power BI, Data Analysis, Python, SQL.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify data analytics needs within the context of the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system and enterprise processes.
• Design and develop scalable data models and algorithms to analyze PLM data and extract meaningful insights.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to collect, process, and transform data from PLM and other relevant data sources.
• Develop and implement data analytics solutions using tools such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Create and present reports and visualizations using tools like Power BI to communicate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, data quality, and security in PLM data analytics processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and PLM systems.

Experience Requirement:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windchill PLM system and its data structure is preferred.
• Hands-on experience administering analytics infrastructure within Azure, Fabric, or Power BI Premium capacity is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
