Description
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and custom APIs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify use cases and automation opportunities.
- Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and dialog flows to create intuitive user interactions.
- Monitor and continuously improve performance, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft’s AI roadmap, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and responsible AI standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
- Strong knowledge of the Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and Dataverse.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and adaptive cards.
- Familiarity with conversational AI, NLU, and responsible AI principles.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 and AI-102 are a plus
