Senior Copado Automation Tester

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Copado Automation Tester with a strong background in Salesforce cross-cloud environments, particularly in Core, Data, and Marketing functionalities. This role requires a blend of manual and automation testing expertise, with hands-on experience in Copado for deployment processes, as well as proficiency in testing tools, agile methodologies, and various automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of Salesforce testing experience and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive testing and quality assurance across Salesforce applications.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and cases for Salesforce Core, Data, and Marketing clouds.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and refine project requirements.
Build and enhance automation frameworks using Java, including single and multi-threading, POJO scripting, and JavaScript.
Develop custom reports, embedding Extent reporting on Cucumber and integrating graphs into BDD reports.
Conduct comprehensive testing for both mobile (iOS and Android) and web applications using tools like Appium and Rest Assured.
Perform manual and automated testing, ensuring test coverage across MCP, Data Cloud, SFMC, and Service Cloud functionalities.
Utilize Copado for release management and streamline deployment processes.
Identify, track, and prioritize defects, reporting issues through effective documentation.
Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and team collaboration.
