Senior Consultant Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze client-side and server-side results and provide detailed test reports.
• Participate in status meetings with clients on a daily or weekly basis.
• Maintain all performance test results in Confluence pages.
• Review various reports prepared by test engineers and ensure timely delivery of different testing milestones.
• Support BAU activities of Control-M jobs, including ad hoc runs and status updates to the GRC IT Team.
• Create and update existing Control-M jobs as per JIRA details provided by application teams.
• Develop test scripts using LoadRunner and maintain script standards.
• Set up the test environment and monitoring setup for test executions.
• Design scenarios and execute them using Controller & Performance Center.
• Analyze memory and CPU-related performance issues.
• Communicate effectively with application teams and handle client interactions, including setting up meetings.
• Adapt to new environments and technologies as needed.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in Manual Testing and Performance Testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience with AppDynamics, Control M, and LoadRunner
• Ability to manage and update Control-M jobs and test execution environments
• Familiar with Webservices testing, QA Manual processes, and Benchmarking techniques
• Skilled in performance test result analysis, reporting, and client communication
• Experience in test scripting, scenario design, and resolving CPU/memory-related issues
