Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement analysis and collaborate with business stakeholders to finalize requirements and estimate effort.
  • Perform impact analysis to identify dependencies and blockers, preparing remediation plans as necessary.
  • Develop and review technical designs that align with organizational objectives.
  • Analyze, develop, and review code according to specifications, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct reviews of design, code, test plans, and results, ensuring quality and compliance with processes.
  • Engage with interface teams to deliver well-structured and fully tested systems on time and within budget.
  • Plan and execute release sessions, ensuring smooth implementation of releases.
  • Provide post-implementation support and participate in 24x7 on-call duties.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX audit requirements and maintain documentation for team processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with globally located teams to build customer-centric products and adapt to changing requirements.

Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in Javascript, ReactJS, and Oracle
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of Java and Python (optional but beneficial)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Education: B.Tech, B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), M.Tech in Software Engineering, Software Systems, or Software Technology
