The office

Our office in Amsterdam is located on the Zuidas: a bustling area where many companies are based. In our Cross Towers, as many as 1000 people are welcomed daily. Haven't had breakfast yet? Responsibilities – How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?

• Contributing across all aspects of ServiceNow project delivery and solution implementation.
• Overseeing application and workflow configuration.
• Developing client-specific reporting processes and integration components.
• Working closely with ServiceNow technical teams to set up the SaaS Platform.
• Providing trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to improved business performance.

Job requirements – Where do you start if you want to change the world?

• Finished a Bachelor or Master study in the field of (Business) Information Management, Business IT & Management, Data Analytics, IT Risk Management, Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar.
• 3+ years of working experience with two or more years of ServiceNow technical experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for Security Incident Response (CIS-SIR) and/or Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR).
• You already reside in the Netherlands and are fluent in English and Dutch.
