Senior Configuration Management

• Strategic Project Leadership: Independently lead configuration management projects, from discovery and requirements gathering to testing and validation. Drive projects to successful completion with little to no oversight, overcoming roadblocks autonomously.
• Business Value Articulation: Develop and present value propositions for configuration management innovations and improvements. Clearly articulate the business impact of projects and initiatives to leadership, demonstrating how IT supports broader business objectives.
• Process Evaluation and Optimization: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing team-wide processes, with a deep understanding of their goals. Coordinate improvements across the entire configuration management stack, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
