Description

We’re looking for a seasoned engineer who can deliver L1/L2 support and streamline cloud operations at scale. Key skills include:
Strong AWS expertise (ECS, EC2, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation)
Kubernetes or EKS cluster experience
Hands-on with Terraform (IaC)
Deep understanding of incident/ticket handling and support systems
Scripting experience (Python, Unix Shell) and the ability to read Java/Python code
Familiarity with Kafka, MQ, Tomcat, and Unix/Linux environments
Experience with Oracle, Cassandra, or CockroachDB
This role requires a mindset focused on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement
