Description

Job Duties:
Document and analyze technology delivery teams' existing defect management and reporting processes including use cases, workflows, system integrations, APIs, data flows, data visualizations and KPIs.
Develop a detailed understanding of how Engineering Teams are organized internally to support products and use cases.
Document existing team hierarchies and mapping requirements for routing defects to appropriate teams for remediation. Identify opportunities to simplify and automate.
Gather all business requirements, identify key gaps/dependencies and engage with stakeholder teams to design & validate proposed solutions. Be innovative, zoom out on the big picture and consider automation and AI related solutions.
Create future-state process flows, including defect routing and notification logic and reporting requirements.
Partner with stakeholders and the working team to design new reporting interfaces and data visualizations for senior leadership. Build trust and credibility with stakeholders. Act as Subject Matter Expert for defect management processes, business logic, tooling and reporting across the company.

Requirements:
Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or related position.

Must have:
3 years of experience in large-scale IT environment.
3 years of experience using at least 2 or more of the following Service Management tools: Jira, Asana, Zendesk, ServiceNow.
3 years of experience with SDLC (software development life cycle), Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with large scale defect management processes and tooling.
Experience with at least 2 or more of the following business intelligence tools: Tableau, Business Objects, EazyBI.
Experience with requirements gathering and leading user interviews.
Experience creating, maintaining and supporting application development artifacts including user stories, process flows, screen mockups, data diagrams, business rule definitions, design documents and reporting scripts.
Experience developing key performance metrics to drive process improvements.
Travel required to unanticipated locations throughout the US.

Any Graduate
