Partner with payment network providers (Visa, Plus, Star, Moneypay) and vendors (FIS, TSYS) to ensure seamless system integrations.
Support end-to-end transaction processing lifecycle, including settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, fraud detection, and dispute management.
Participate in system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, PCI-DSS standards, and payment industry best practices.
Provide subject matter expertise to support operational improvements, risk reduction, and strategic growth initiatives in card services.
10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Banking / Financial Services, with strong focus on Card Operations (Debit/Credit).
Hands-on expertise with Visa, Plus, Star, and Moneypay payment networks.
Strong experience with FIS and TSYS global payment products.
In-depth knowledge of payment processing workflows: authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and disputes.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and work closely with development/QA teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in core banking platforms and their integration with card systems.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in payments (e.g., PCI-DSS, NACHA, FFIEC).
Strong SQL and data analysis skills for transaction/data validation.
