Senior Business Data Analyst

Seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst with strong experience in data migration projects, specifically involving Adobe Experience Platform. 

The role involves detailed data profiling, validation, mapping, and gap analysis to support successful data migration and integration efforts.

Data migration into Adobe Experience Platform, including post-deployment data validation within the production environment.

Collaborate with another Business Data Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data profiling, creation, validation, mapping, and gap analysis.
• Conduct data validation in the production environment once code is deployed on Adobe Experience Platform.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries including joins, aggregations, and data validation routines.
• Work with JSON data structures as part of data handling and integration.
• Create test cases and test scripts; lead UAT testing activities.
• Blend business/data analysis with product ownership to ensure alignment of deliverables and requirements.
• Communicate findings clearly and proactively in team meetings, providing explanations to development teams.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of SQL experience involving complex queries, joins, aggregations, and profiling.
• Strong data analysis skills including profiling, mapping, validation, and gap analysis.
• Experience with JSON data formats.
• 1+ years of experience creating test cases, test scripts, and supporting UAT.
• Technical experience combining Business/Data Analyst and Product Owner responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform for customer journey analytics, data orchestration, marketing campaigns, and source/data gap analysis.
• Knowledge of Cloud Azure environment.
• Experience in feature creation, decomposition into user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Healthcare data domain knowledge.
• Familiarity with Rally or similar Agile project management tools
