Key Responsibilities:
Lead initiatives such as Budget Planning Tool Assessment and IBIS Replacement Projects
Schedule and facilitate meetings with business and IT stakeholders, capturing detailed minutes and follow-up actions
Gather and analyze current processes and define future-state requirements
Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specs, Use Cases, and User Stories
Coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams across various planning systems
Understand integrations and workflows between SAP, BPC (or similar tools), IBIS, and other planning platforms
Conduct impact assessments across systems based on business needs
Provide detailed functional solutions and ensure development aligns with standards and business goals
Define system integration and data conversion requirements from legacy platforms
Support creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts to validate functional requirements
✅ Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or a related field
15+ years of techno-functional experience, with 10+ years focused on accounting/finance/budget systems
Deep domain expertise in Finance & Accounting with hands-on experience in planning processes (e.g., Workforce Planning, CAREX Planning)
Proven ability to gather business requirements and develop functional specifications
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead interviews and evaluate business needs
Experienced in both Waterfall and Agile SDLC methodologies
Familiarity with SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and BPC highly preferred
