Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into actionable strategies and roadmaps.
  • Lead process design and change management initiatives to support digital transformation and cloud migration efforts.
  • Analyze and document business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Support agile product operating models by facilitating workshops, coaching teams, and aligning delivery with strategic goals.
  • Conduct market research, stakeholder interviews, and performance evaluations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and progress to executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or strategic transformation roles.
  • Proven track record in leading digital transformation, cloud strategy, and agile delivery initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with change management, process improvement, and organizational design.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software; familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Master's degree in Health Services Research, Business, or a related field preferred.
