Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, and IT to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for projects related to financial markets, treasury systems, and data platforms.
- Develop and maintain detailed business process models, data flow diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the design and implementation of data-driven solutions using big data technologies.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in financial markets and data analytics.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on financial markets and treasury operations.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, market data, liquidity management, and risk frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with big data tools and platforms (e.g., Spark, SQL, Python, Power BI, Snowflake, MS BI – SSIS, SSRS).
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CFA, FRM, or PMP.
- Experience with treasury management systems (e.g., Murex, Calypso, Kyriba).
- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Ability to mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development.
