Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Progressive Web Applications (PWA). The ideal candidate will have at least 9 years of overall experience, including significant hands-on experience working with SFCC B2C solutions and strong exposure to modern eCommerce and frontend technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze eCommerce requirements related to SFCC and PWA.

Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.

Work closely with design, development, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end SFCC + PWA solutions.

Act as the subject matter expert for SFCC and PWA capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

Lead functional workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and UAT sessions.

Identify gaps, dependencies, and potential risks in the business and technical workflows.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and user journeys.

Assist in project planning, estimation, and sprint planning activities.

 

Requirements:

Minimum 12+ years of total experience in IT, with at least 5+ years as a Business Analyst.

At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC B2C).

Strong knowledge of PWA frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular (headless commerce experience a plus).

Deep understanding of eCommerce architecture, user experience, cart/checkout flows, and personalization.

Familiarity with integrations (payment gateways, OMS, CRM, etc.).

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a remote team setup
