Key Responsibilities

 

Business Analyst for Internal Appstore Project

  • Act as the Business Analyst for the development of an internal AppStore based on Salesforce Experience Cloud technology.
  • Adopt a constructive approach to strengthen the connection between innovation projects (such as an AI initiative), and the AppStore, which is expected to serve as the showcase for our Salesforce Center of Excellence.
  • Collect and document input from stakeholders and potential business sponsors, ensuring clarity and alignment with the project's objectives.
  • Write detailed user stories and test cases to guide development efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure an optimal user experience.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure that the solution meets the needs of the project manager and aligns with the overall project goals
  • Perform regular testing and validation of features to ensure quality and functionality

 

AI Explorations and Proof of Concepts (POC)    

  • Collaborate with the innovation team to investigate AI solutions tailored to our business needs, based on identified use cases.
  • Configure Salesforce environments to support AI exploration and POC initiatives.
  • Develop and test AI prompts tailored to identified use cases and potential outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI solutions into existing Salesforce configurations through redistributable packages.

Support in Documentation for Innovation Projects    

  • Assist the project manager in documenting various aspects of ongoing and upcoming innovation projects.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation that captures project objectives, scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Ensure that documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Required Qualifications and Experience    

 

Education

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce projects.
  • Proven success in implementing Experience Cloud sites or portals. Experience or significant appetite for AI and related projects would be a real asset.
  • Strong background in writing user stories, creating test cases, and conducting functional testing.
  • Experience in supporting innovation projects or major enhancements, with a focus on creating comprehensive project documentation.

 

Skills:

  • In-depth Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud: Expertise in Experience Cloud features, including community creation, portals, and websites to support internal app store projects.
  • Content Management: Ability to organize and structure content (articles, files, links) efficiently.
  • User Experience (UX) and Design: Skills in user-centered design to ensure intuitive navigation and smooth content sharing.
  • Salesforce Configuration: Expertise in configuring Salesforce according to best practices, with a focus on the security requirements of hosting an Experience Cloud Site. This includes managing roles, permissions, and ensuring content is accessible to the appropriate audience while maintaining strong security measures.
  • AI and Prompt Engineering: Understanding of AI concepts and ability to create and test prompts.
  • Documentation and Requirements Gathering: Strong skills in documenting project requirements, objectives, and scope.
  • Testing and Validation: Experience in testing and validating solutions to ensure alignment with project goals.

 

Soft Skills:

  • Communication Skills: verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with project managers, and technical teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business needs and propose innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation and requirements.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive Attitude: Initiative-taking approach to identifying project needs and driving them to completion.
