Senior Business Analyst

• Strategic Requirement Analysis: Lead the strategic analysis of business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to understand and document complex needs. Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and provide strategic insights.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Work closely with development teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Develop detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate and validate proposed solutions.
• Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyze intricate data sets to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define data requirements for advanced analytics and reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of business needs. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to gather insights and foster collaboration.
• Documentation and Process Improvement: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to existing processes and methodologies.

• Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to the professional development of the team. Provide leadership in adopting best practices and industry standards.

Desired Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using advanced business analysis tools and techniques.
• Thorough understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
