Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as customer-facing member of an energy usage analysis team dedicated to supporting customer inquiries for the Product team.
  • Responsible for answering customer phone calls and emails and translating them into Azure DevOps tickets for resolution.
  • Responsible for logging issues / tickets in both ADO and Excel Sheets and keeping them in sync.
  • Produces a monthly summary report (Excel) of all customer inquiries, status, and ticket numbers from weekly numbers.
  • Entering bug and story tickets into a software management system.

 

Required Technical Skills:

  • Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Excel Reporting Skills
  • MS Office Skills
  • Professional Customer Service Phone Skills for high importance customers (public facing, not internal).
  • Ability to execute existing SQL queries.
  • Automation / Technical Writer
  • Experience in Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of energy terminology.
