Description

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).


 

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development projects.


 

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).


 

Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.


 

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.


 

Experience with data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools is a plus.


 

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
