Senior Business Analyst

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a passion for driving impactful public sector projects? We're seeking a Senior BA to support key initiatives at PennDOT alongside the Bureau of Business and Service Management (BBSM) and Project Management Office (PMO).

🔍 Key Responsibilities Include:

✔️ Evaluating current efforts and gathering business/system requirements
✔️ Coordinating user stories and work items
✔️ Developing test scripts and supporting testing (System, UAT, Accessibility)
✔️ Assisting with implementation, Go-Live, and training support
✔️ Liaising between technical teams and stakeholders
✔️ Creating outcome documentation and Implementation Reports

✅ We're Looking For:

🔹 5+ years of business analysis experience
🔹 Proven ability to work independently and mentor others
🔹 Deep understanding of BA best practices and industry standards
🔹 Strong testing, documentation, and communication skills
