We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to support our Wholesale product team. The BA will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and validating business requirements and developing process flows. The role is focused on front-end requirements for our Mobile app and our Web application. This role will work closely with the business product owners, the application development and testing team as well as external partners to ensure the end-to-end solution meets business needs.
- Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Support solution design by validating requirements against business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and reviews to ensure alignment between business and IT teams.
- Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in processes or systems and recommend improvements.
- Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate requirements, changes, and updates to project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3-7 years depending on role level) as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in IT/Business projects.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and functional specification development.
- Experience in documenting requirements for Mobile and Web application front end.
- Demonstrated track record of working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership groups
- Strong proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, document analysis, user stories, use cases).
- Ability to prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Process Flows.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, Power BI, SQL (depending on project needs).
- Understanding of data analysis, reporting, and business process improvement practices
