Senior Business Analyst

Are you a strategic thinker with deep experience in sales performance, field metrics, and data analytics—especially in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry?
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our fast-paced team. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, optimize dashboard usability, and ensure data consistency across business reporting platforms.
What You’ll Do:
Lead requirement gathering and functional documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective dashboards and KPIs
Conduct feasibility and impact assessments
Work with tools like Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle DB, and SQL
Support UAT, training, and field enablement
Convert business needs into actionable user stories and epics using Agile methodology

Must-Have:
9+ years of BA experience
Pharma Commercials or Biotech experience
Strong data & analytics knowledge
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Good to Have:
Experience in data querying and mining
Hands-on with mockups/wireframes
EST time zone work overlap
Qualification: Bachelor’s (Master’s is a plus)
