Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
 

• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, metrics, providing status reporting regarding project
   
• achievements, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
   
• Handling the day-to-day project activities, scope and changes, procuring adequate resources to
   
• achieve project objectives in planned time frames and project team meetings
   
• Study business requirement, evaluate implementation approach/proposal
   
• Assist Sales team with understanding and responding to RFPs
   
• Tackling issues, risks and dependencies to mitigate impact to critical path deliverables
   
• Defining success criteria, monitor, track and control outcomes throughout the project lifecycle
   
• Creating project flows and documentations, Monitoring team and maintaining work reports
   
• Knowledge of development processes and methodologies
   
• Being a bridge between clients requirements and developers understanding
   
• Preferred Qualifications
   
• 6+ years of experience in IT consulting services with proven ability to creatively assist client with their
   
• business challenges
   
• Experience and proficiency in managing small to medium change/transformation initiatives across
   
• business and/or IT
   
• Significant relevant experience in either an internal or external business analysis role, or similar
   
• Good technical knowledge and experience in delivering IT solutions, providing comprehensive
   
• technical advice and understanding user requirements
   
• Working experience in agile delivery environments
   
• Strong communications skills, including presentation skills in both formal and informal settings
   
• Strong Leadership & organizational skills, with a structured approach to managing and completing
   
• tasks
   
• Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time with
   
• a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
   
• Exposure to or worked on RPA projects will be an added advantage
